Join our Finance team as a Controlling Manager. • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; • You have at least five years of experience in financial controlling, financial management within an industrial setting, or audit consultancy; • You are fluent in English, with a good knowledge of French and Dutch; • You have solid practical knowledge of Excel and SAP; • You have a hands-on mentality and enjoy being actively involved in daily operations. • You are operationally minded and solution-oriented. • You are comfortable working within the structure of Group guidelines, standardized processes, and corporate applications; • You possess effective coaching skills and enjoy supporting the growth of others; • You remain calm under pressure, are assertive, and thrive in deadline-driven environments.
