Randstad Student Support is looking for experienced one:on:one Study Skills Support Workers to assist students with specific learning difficulties (SpLDs) in Aberdeen. Join us in making a difference in their educational journeys Starting as soon as possible, this hybrid role requires flexibility for both in:person and online sessions, tailored to student preferences. Essential Criteria * Need to have teaching or tutoring experience, * (or) * Any in:depth knowledge of learning difficulties that students may have As a Specialist Study Skills Support Worker, youll provide personalized learning support, including: * Developing individual learning plans to foster independence * Building on strengths and effective learning strategies * Enhancing organization and time management skills * Creating action plans to stay on track * Improving research and comprehension skills * As a teacher, have you assisted students with Autism? This experience would be a significant advantage. Its essential to address student needs on a case:by:case basis while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Share relevant information with Randstad to ensure the best service for your students.
