Job Title: Automotive Embroidery Developer Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire Rate:£38.27ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £29.00ph PAYE Employment Type: Contract (Currently financed until 31/03/2025) Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week We are looking for an embroidery specialist to join the team to support a new and growing workstream. The candidate will be expectedto develop artwork with a team of designers to create robust embroidery designs with physical, prove-out samples for low volume and bespoke production. Skills Required: * Embroidery digitising. * Experience of DG16 Tagima software. * Experience of creating artwork, stitch paths, stitch types to meet a brief. Skills Preferred: * Experience of all aspects of machine and handsewing, preferably durkopp experience. * Previous experience of working with leather and automotive textiles. * Knowledge and familiarity of interior soft trimmed automotive parts and their assembly. Experience Required: * Experience of digitising artwork to generate physical embroidery samples. * Working knowledge of hand embroidery. Ability to be able to read and follow rendered designs, * CAD drawings and colour call outs. * Experience of threads, textiles, leather varients and materials suited to the Automotive Industry. * Knowledge and experience of safe working practices adhering to H&S policies. * Able to communicate effectively to other members of staff and Senior Management.
