Project Manager : Capital Equipment Installations : Banbury : Highly Competitive + Car Allowance A market leader in advanced industrial laundry systems is seeking a technically strong and highly organised Project Manager to lead major equipment installations across the UK and Ireland. Operating as part of a respected international group, the UK operation is based in Banbury and plays a central role in delivering large:scale bespoke projects. This is a senior level role offering real autonomy and influence. Youll manage the complete lifecycle of complex, high:value projects : from post:sale design through to on:site installation, commissioning, and handover. Key Responsibilities * Deliver capital equipment projects from order to completion : design, procurement, build, installation, and customer handover * Coordinate multi:disciplinary project teams, ensuring key milestones, safety, cost, and timing targets are met * Lead customer and internal meetings, manage documentation, action plans, and communications * Oversee Health and Safety planning, risk assessments, and method statements for installations * Manage the on:site phase of projects, working closely with installation teams and ensuring issues are resolved efficiently * Control project scope, costs, and variations, while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction * Provide professional, confident support to customers throughout the project lifecycle What Youll Bring * Proven experience managing complex industrial installations (laundry sector experience ideal but not essential) * Strong project management capability, ideally supported by a formal qualification (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, PMP) * Engineering background : preferably mechanical, structural, or systems engineering * Excellent communication skills and the confidence to liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects * A willingness to travel extensively across the UK (up to 70) * Knowledge of design processes, H and S regulations, and commercial project delivery Why Join?
