This is a permanent, full:time position offering a salary of up to GBP27,500 per annum. Please note, this role requires full:time office:based work with no hybrid options available. About the Role As a Customer Service Planner, youll be at the heart of our operations, responsible for: * Handling high volumes of incoming calls and communicating effectively with clients, sub:contractors, suppliers, and supervisors. * Scheduling appointments efficiently to ensure our contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met. * Acting as a key back:office contact for residents, utilising various communication methods including telephony and email. * Using our MSi system to actively schedule available operatives and subcontractors for jobs. * Confidently addressing complex repairs, managing demanding customers, and resolving service failures to instil customer confidence. About You To be successful in this role, youll need: * Previous administration experience. * Proven experience in scheduling/planning within a Social Housing or Contractor repairs environment. * Competence in communicating effectively with direct operatives, subcontractors, and residents. * Basic building maintenance knowledge, including the duration required for various tasks. * Strong planning knowledge regarding sequencing and concurrent works. * The ability to prioritise works and ensure work:in:progress jobs are within target. * Previous experience dealing with high volumes of calls and customer repair:related enquiries. * Excellent written and verbal English skills. * Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Strong organisation and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with various stakeholders at different levels. * A genuine passion for service delivery and customer satisfaction.
