What You Will Do: : Develop cost:effective dealer repair strategies for vehicle concerns, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. : Create and manage essential documentation, including Dealer Bulletins, Service Instructions, and Customer Letters. : Coordinate with Market Surveillance Authorities and regulatory agencies across Europe to announce and monitor Safety, Compliance, or Emissions Recalls. : Collaborate with National Sales Companies, Global Offices, and Supply Chain Management to ensure seamless operations. : Provide Recall status updates in various forums, presenting to senior management teams when required. : Maintain compliance with departmental processes and audit requirements, ensuring accurate records and reporting.
