Were seeking exceptional professionals to lead a Family Help Team in Basingstoke: :Capable of effectively managing a diverse team of social workers and family support workers, ensuring the provision of top:tier social work services to children and families. Highly skilled, experienced, and driven social workers with previous experience as an Assistant Team Manager in Childrens Social Care. :While prior experience working with children and young people is advantageous, its not mandatory. :Excellent interpersonal skills are a must, along with the ability to inspire and motivate staff while effectively communicating your dedication to achieving optimal outcomes for children. :Prior experience in budget management is desirable but not a requirement. :Must be registered as a Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England.
