And to help us achieve our goals, we're looking for the brightest talent to join our Architecture, Engineering and Operations Graduate programme. Role overview: About the role Our three:year programme allows you to specialise from day one and kick:start your career in a collaborative, supportive team. You'll start out with three six:month rotations across SA/Engineering/Quality, Strategy/Enterprise Architecture and Ops, which will allow you to gain experience across a diverse range of areas including architectural frameworks, discrete analysis activities, tech strategy, infrastructure and InfoSec ops. In your fourth six:month rotation, you'll have an opportunity to try something new or explore an area you're passionate about. Finally, in year three, you'll do a deeper dive into that specialism and have the chance to work towards a Level 7 Apprenticeship. Along the way you'll develop a wealth of new skills, including: :Project and resource management :Risk management :Research skills :Commercial awareness :Problem solving :Stakeholder management You'll also have access to essential teaching resources and the support of a network of experienced colleagues to help you decide where you want to go next, whether that be developing your skills further in a role such as SA Support or Junior Tech Business Analyst, or building your experience as a Strategy Support and Service Delivery Manager.
