These roles are offered on a temporary basis with a clear route to permanent employment, ideal for professionals looking to establish themselves within a well:regarded residential contractor. Key Responsibilities: * Assist the Site Manager with the day:to:day management of site activities, ensuring progress aligns with build programmes. * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and trades to maintain productivity and quality on:site. * Support health and safety compliance, including carrying out site inductions and regular inspections. * Assist with snagging, quality control, and ensuring homes are delivered to NHBC and company standards. * Keep accurate site records and report on progress, delays, or issues to senior management. * Work collaboratively with the wider site and commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of homes. Requirements: * Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing schemes. * Strong organisational and communication skills with a proactive attitude. * Understanding of construction phases, NHBC standards, and health and safety requirements. * Valid SSSTS (or SMSTS), CSCS Card, and First Aid certification. * Ambition to progress within a growing housebuilding business.
