Job title: ECOMMERCE EXECUTIVE Location: Birmingham Salary:£23,000-£26,000 Contract: Full time, permanent, hybrid - 3 days a week in office Start date: Feb - April 2024 Role: In the role of Ecommerce Executive will support the Senior Ecommerce Manager in driving product sales within our direct-to-consumer channels. Our team ensures that all productsare launched with the best digital content, leading and driving the implementation of strategic cross-functional initiatives to accelerate sales by increasing conversion rates, views, and search. The purpose of the role is to support in the effective management, trading, and optimisation of our DTCchannel, ensuring our products are set up accurately and correctly to maximise their full sales potential. Key responsibilities: Understand and maintain new and existing ranges across the portfolio of ecommerce marketplaces Assist in the on boarding and setup of new DTC accounts Review and progress the online availability of new product ranges in conjunction with Buying&Merchandising Produce reports to provide insight and understanding into trading results. Review bestselling products to ensure opportunities are maximised and to ensure products have good visibility throughout the sites. Use analysis tools to measure and report on KPIs to maximize sales opportunities. Support the customer acquisition and retention activity of social media and email campaigns. Manage promotions ensuring they are launched in-line with go-live dates working with internal stakeholders to ensure all associated assets are shared and communicated with the retail partner. Input into the development of the long-term DTC strategy for the business. Complete daily, weekly, and Ad Hoc reports in-line with business requirements. Essential experience: Minimum of 12 months in a similar administrative support role.Personal / Technical / Functional skills: Ability to work methodically and accurately, often under pressure. Good communication (written and verbal) communication skills. Ability to manage own time, workload and priorities. Passionate about delivering first-class service to internal and external customers. Competent user of MS applications, including Word, Excel, and (ideally) Access Competent user of internet and email. Ability to work well as part of a team. Ability to cope with a combination of routine/mundane tasks and ad hoc project support work when required. Working knowledge of SAP is desirable.
