Employment Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Birmingham, GBP 60,000 : GBP 75,000 (DOE) : My client is currently looking for a confident and experienced Employment Solicitor to join their dynamic and forward:thinking team. JOB REF:9503. THE ROLE: * Youll be involved in a broad range of employment law matters, with the opportunity to handle both contentious and non:contentious work. * This includes tribunal litigation, TUPE advice, due diligence, contractual reviews, and advisory work on restructures, redundancies, and employee relations issues. * You will play a key role in managing client relationships, supervising junior lawyers, and supporting business development initiatives. :br /:RESPONSIBILITIES: * Managing complex and high:profile litigation, including advocacy * Advising on TUPE matters, including drafting/negotiating warranties, indemnities, and consultation processes * Supporting transactional due diligence as part of multidisciplinary teams * Advising on redundancy and restructure processes * Handling day:to:day advisory work including contracts, policies, and settlement agreements * Delivering client training and contributing to seminars and business development * Supervising and mentoring junior team members SKILLS REQUIRED: * Qualified Solicitor with 4+ years PQE:br /:* Broad and robust employment law experience, preferably across our key sectors * Strong litigation and/or advocacy skills, with a calm, confident approach * Commercial awareness and the ability to give pragmatic, client:focused advice * A collaborative mindset with excellent communication and relationship:building skills * A proactive, organised approach to workload and team involvement * Passion for mentoring and business development contact Penny Trotman at eNL on 454 or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion. eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
