In this role you will: : You will be responsible for identifying and assessing commercial trends and issues, defining solutions to improve performance, drive new customer acquisition within target segments and balance customer needs whilst identifying areas to improve customer experience. : You will prepare product and customer analysis, insight, MI and research in order to make informed decisions and/or to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and commercial performance cross brand and cross channel. : You will be responsible for proactive P and L management through implementation of price change
