As a key freelance Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for: * Providing accurate cost estimates, meticulous budget management, and proactive cost control throughout the entire project lifecycle. * Collaborating effectively with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver timely and insightful cost advice. * Conducting thorough contract analysis, identifying potential risks, and developing effective mitigation strategies. * Preparing detailed bills of quantities and comprehensive tender documents. * Evaluating subcontractor and supplier bids rigorously and negotiating advantageous terms. * Closely monitoring project progress and variations, ensuring strict adherence to budgetary and contractual requirements. * Contributing your expertise to the ongoing enhancement of our cost management processes.
