Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Warrington Salary: GBP60,000 : GBP70,000 + GBP6k Car Allowance and Bonus On behalf of our client, a 5:star rated housebuilder, we are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to commercially lead a major new project in Cheshire. Based from the Warrington office, you will be responsible for a landmark development of 400 new homes (2, 3 and 4 bedrooms). You will manage all commercial aspects from subcontractor procurement and cost control through to final accounts, ensuring the project is delivered successfully and profitably. What were looking for: * Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the UK housebuilding sector. * A strong track record of managing the commercial aspects of large:scale residential projects. * Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen.
