We are looking to recruit a Scrub Nurse to work with a market leading private healthcare specialist in Birmingham. This full-time role is based in a brand new state-of-the-art hospital and offers an attractive salary of up to£40,500p/a and fantastic benefits. As a dedicated Scrub Nurse, you will work with the newest technologies and support consultants and the wider healthcare team to deliver various procedures in theatre. With 50 hospitals and clinics currently providing services across the UK, you will join the company during an exciting growth phase offering massive scope for development. To give you an idea of how this Scrub Nurse role would look and feel, these are some things you could expect to do: Ensure the best possible person-centred care is delivered Undertake pre-and post-operative observations Assist with specialist procedures in the theatre room Ensure that all staff members contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the hospitalTo succeed in this Scrub Nurse job, you must be a Registered Nurse (RGN) or ODP with a current NMC PIN or HCPC registration. You will alsorequire the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team and a passion for high-quality patient-centred care. In addition, you must be quick thinking and able to solve problems under pressure.
