What you'll be doing As the Scrub Lead, you will provide clinical and professional leadership for the Theatre department whilst ensuring the provision of safe clinical and intraoperative care for all patients within the hospital, including inpatient, day case and outpatient elective surgical procedures within Orthopaedics. Everything we do is focused on providing a high standard of safe and effective patient care. Our facilities will be modern, employing the latest technology with friendly and professional staff. We have strong control processes to ensure we maintain high standards of hygiene and above all, we’re passionateabout giving our patients the best possible care and helping them feel better, faster. What we’ll look for in you You will be a part 1 registered NMC Nurse or an HCPC registered Operating Department Practitioner and it is essential that you have previous experience in major orthopaedics. On topof having the relevant theatre experience, you would have experience of effectively managing a theatre team.
