The service offers a range of services and procedures including orthopaedic, joint replacements, plastics, gynaecology, ENT and general surgery. Duties and responsibilities You will be working as part of the theatre team as an Orthopaedic Team Leader and responsible for the following; Develop practice in the assessment of health and well-being needs Develop practice in addressing individual'shealth and well-being needs Develop a working environment and culture that actively improves health, safety and security Lead others in the development of knowledge, ideas and work practice within the specialty of surgical care. Plan, allocate, assess and provide feedback to team members.
