What youll do: * Be the first point of contact for parents, staff, and visitors. * Manage pupil records, attendance, and reporting using SIMS/Arbor. * Provide day:to:day support including emails, filing, and photocopying. * Assist with communications, school trips, and diary coordination. * Liaise confidently with staff, leadership, and external agencies. Were looking for someone who: * Strong school office/admin experience. * Working knowledge of SIMS, FMS, GDPR, or Arbor. * Confident using Microsoft Office and school MIS systems. * A professional, positive, and proactive attitude. * A genuine interest in supporting schools and young people.
