Your Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital classroom and one:to:one support for children with Autism, Speech and Language difficulties, and other learning needs. You will work closely with teachers to adapt lessons, encourage social interaction, and create a safe and engaging learning space for every child. Your responsibilities include: * Assist children with learning activities and behaviour management. * Adapt resources to suit individual learning needs. * Foster students confidence and independence in a structured learning environment. * Monitor and record student progress, feeding back to the SENCO and teachers. * Support with personal care where necessary.
