We are supporting a manufacturer of high precision components, supplying industries across the UK and overseas in their search for a Multi:Skilled Maintenance Supervisor. As a Maintenance Supervisor, your duties will include * This is a hands on role, where you will lead a small team of 3 by example. * Supervising a small team, currently consisting of 2 Engineers and 1 Apprentice * Providing electrical/mechanical maintenance for site facilities, Foundry equipment and machinery, including CNC machinery (Romi, Mazak) * Adhering to PPM/TPM schedules and responsive reaction to breakdowns * Reading and working from electrical / panel drawings, fault finding down to a component level * PLC fault finding and interrogation to trace back faults * Installation and commissioning of new equipment/machinery To be successful in the role of Maintenance Supervisor, the ideal candidate will : * Be an experienced Maintenance Engineer with bias to heavy industry / manufacturing * Have an electrical qualification (level 3 or above) * Be capable of diagnosing PLC logic faults (Mitsubishi, Siemens, Allen Bradley, Fanuc) On offer : * A basic salary of up to A GBP 55K * Monday : Friday 8am : 4:30pm * 33 days holiday, including bank holidays Closing date 4th August 2025 please follow the application process for the site this job is advertised on or to By applying for the above position and providing your personal data to us you understand that your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy.
