This small led architectural consultancy have built up an envious client base within their chosen specialism of the housing sector. They work with private clients and developers and due to receiving new instructions they are looking to brining in an Architect to continue steering them in the right direction for 2024. Playing a catalyst role from day one you will take an initial brief from a client and run your own projects through to handover. This varied role will see you attending sites and resolving any issues and working closely with the external consultants. We are interested in hearing from RIBA who have at least two years pqe with project running ability. You will be able to produce full working drawings and administer contracts. AutoCAD literacy is desirable although not essential. In return your efforts will be rewarded with genuine career enhancement opportunities in place.
