Key Responsibilities: * Provide one:to:one and small group support with SEND. * Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment. * Demonstrate excellent use of initiative to adapt support techniques to meet individual student needs. * Foster a supportive atmosphere that encourages student engagement and confidence. * Understand and accommodate different childrens needs and learning styles.
