Youll foster an inclusive environment, adapting your approach to meet diverse needs, and collaborate with parents and professionals to track progress. Your role will not only focus on academic development but also on building confidence and independence in each student, celebrating their successes along the way. Your role includes: * Develop and deliver engaging and individualised lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of your students. * Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals, including therapists, support staff, and parents, to create a holistic support system for each student. * Utilise your expertise in SEN to create a positive and stimulating learning environment that fosters growth and independence. * Be a champion for your students, advocating for their needs and celebrating their achievements.
