Site:Based Cleaning Manager : Bristol, BS2 Area Pay Rate : GBP15.69 Per Hour Working Hours: 9.30am : 17.30pm (40 hours per week) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Site:Based Cleaning Manager to oversee all cleaning operations at our multi storey office building. You will be responsible for leading a team of cleaning staff, ensuring the site meets the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation at all times. Key Responsibilities: * Manage day:to:day cleaning operations across the site. * Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives, including scheduling, training, and performance management. * Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards and specifications are consistently met. * Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies. * Order and manage cleaning supplies and equipment within budget. * Liaise with site stakeholders and clients to ensure expectations are met or exceeded. * Handle any cleaning:related issues or complaints promptly and professionally. * Maintain accurate records of attendance, cleaning checklists, incidents, and inspections. * Implement and maintain cleaning schedules, deep cleans, and periodic tasks. * Support recruitment and onboarding of new cleaning staff when required. Qualifications and Experience: * Proven experience in a managerial cleaning role. * Knowledge of COSHH, Health and Safety, and cleaning best practices. * Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively. * Basic computer skills for scheduling and reporting purposes.
