Key Responsibilities for the behaviour mentor: * Provide one:on:one and group support to students exhibiting challenging behaviours. * Implement tailored behaviour management strategies to promote positive outcomes. * Collaborate with teaching staff to develop and review individualised education plans (IEPs). * Monitor and record student progress, reporting findings to senior leadership. * Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
