Business&Law Lecturer Salary:£30,330 - £39,540 per annum (Grade 5) Location: Scunthorpe The vacancy Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of business and law professionals? As a Business and Law Lecturer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education to our full-time and/or part-time students. Your main responsibilities will include: * Acting as a Lecturer for a caseload of students, providing them with engaging and informative lessons. * Ensuring the quality of the student learning experience through effective delivery of formal teaching and tutorials, while supporting student progression towards successful completion. * Embracing new learning technologies and implementing them within your teaching, both in the classroom and online. * Managing and maintaining student morale and discipline, collaborating closely with college managers and the team to create an appropriate learning environment. * Recording and reporting data and information accurately and in a timely manner, including Individual LearningPlans, e-registers, assessments, and student progress records.
