The role of Customer Supporter will include: : Providing front of house reception duties : Developing innovative and varied individual and group activities : Promoting and evaluating activities for customers, enabling them to reach their own potential : Assisting and encouraging customers to access and maintain a level of integration into the wider community : Working with other staff to ensure a clean and comfortable environment is maintained Skills and experiences: : Experience of developing and leading customer involvement activities : Previous experience working with a similar customer group is desirable : Good interpersonal and customer care skills : Experience with working to deadlines and prioritising work loads : Basic Microsoft Word and Excel skills : NVQ2 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards : Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths Are you ready to be your best?
