My client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a team on a large R and D site. Responsibilities: * Perform plumbing and minor mechanical maintenance * Handle planned preventive maintenance (PPMs) and reactives efficiently. * Undertake minor project installation tasks. * Ensure the highest standards of workmanship and compliance with regulations.
