Key Responsibilities: :Drive the specification, architecture, circuit design, verification, and production release of next:gen 5G RF ICs :Develop innovative architectures and circuits that deliver industry:leading performance and first:silicon success :Collaborate closely with system engineers, marketing, layout, and manufacturing teams across global locations :Tackle complex SoC integration challenges and oversee high:quality layout implementation Required Qualifications and Experience: :Masters or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field :Solid experience in RFIC design with a proven track record of delivering CMOS RF transceivers to volume production :Deep understanding of RF system analysis and ability to co:define specs with system/application engineers :Hands:on design expertise in advanced CMOS nodes (16nm and below) :Strong problem:solving skills and technical creativity :Excellent grasp of RF SoC integration and layout supervision :Comfortable working across cultures and time zones :Highly organised with strong communication and teamwork skills Desirable Skills: :Experience using Cadence Analog Design Environment :Familiarity with EM simulation tools :Solid understanding of RF requirements for cellular systems :Proficiency in Matlab and/or Python for data analysis If youre ready to take the next step in your RFIC career and be part of a world:class team building the future of 5G, we'd love to hear from you.
