We are currently seeking a driven and commercially minded individual to join this team in the role of Agriculture Relationship Manager. In this role you will: stylemargin:top:0.0cm;margin:bottom:0.0cm typedisc: : Optimise the existing relationships by assisting in the delivery of solutions, products, and services appropriate to meet customer needs. : Build a network of business introducers in the business community, and seeking new opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to identify new business opportunities. : Adhere to structures and processes in place for the management of credit, operational, reputation, financial crime and regulatory risk. : Drive revenue growth through understanding customer needs and by adopting a needs:based approach which engages clients and increases new business. : Deepen understanding of the client through pro:active credit risk assessments and customer due diligence reviews. To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: stylemargin:top:0.0cm;margin:bottom:0.0cm typedisc: : Proven Commercial lending experience is essential with a good understanding of financial accounts being a prerequisite. : Excellent written and spoken communication skills with experience of successfully influencing others, negotiating effectively is essential. : Experience building effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same, and experience leading the delivery of excellent customer service. : A comprehensive understanding of risk management and proven experience of ensuring own/others compliance with relevant regulatory processes. : Agricultural knowledge is advantageous, but not essential. *Please note: This role can be based at either the Hamilton, Canterbury, Kent or Belfast office. The successful applicant will be required to spend at least 3 days a week at this location or out visiting clients. Hybrid working is available, but the role holder will need to live within a commutable distance of the aforementioned office. A small amount of travel will be required for meetings and collaboration.
