The role of Project Worker will include: styletext:align:justify: : Regularly assessing the needs of clients by writing and updating support plans, and signposting access to education, training, and employment : Assisting clients with managing finances and welfare benefits : Encouraging social inclusion and helping clients to build their confidence, resilience, and self:esteem : Working with statutory and non:statutory agencies on behalf of the clients and actively encouraging choice and involvement, or acting as an advocate when required : Promoting safe working practices by undertaking risk assessments within legislative frameworks Skills and experiences: styletext:align:justify: : You will have previous experience in a role supporting victims of domestic abuse or a background gained in a supported living environment in a project worker capacity : Sound knowledge of housing management including voids and arrears management : Good understanding of occupancy agreements : The ability to react effectively under pressure : The ability to work on your own initiative and ability to source innovative solutions to problems : You will be empathetic and non:judgmental with good interpersonal and customer care skills : NVQ 3 in Health and Social Care, or willing to work towards, is essential Are you ready to be your best?
