Job Title: Teaching Assistant (Support Tutor) Location: Carlisle Salary:£(phone number removed) DOE Role Overview: Our client - a leading provider of education and training services – is seeking a Support Tutor (TA) to join their team and provide comprehensive support to learners working towards their qualifications. The position is centre-based with the possibility of travel to various locations. The Support Tutor will play a crucial role in ensuring learners receive timely and high-quality support to help them achieve their goals. Key Responsibilities: Promote learning opportunities and recruit learners to suitable provision. Support across a range of subjects both Vocational and Functional Skills. Identify learners' training and support needs during the induction process and record them in their training plans. Instruct learners in the relevant topics according to their abilities and the standards of the qualification. Liaise with delivery staff to obtain suitable project work to meet programme needs. Support with all administration tasks related to learner progress. Document and maintain records of attendance, assessment, and learner progress. Develop and manage partnerships with local partners.
