Role: Graduate Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer Salary: GBP 26,000: GBP 35,000 per annum (dependent on experience, please advise) Type: Permanent Location: Gloucestershire My client work within engineering and manufacturing and they are looking to take on a Graduate Electrical Engineer to develop as part of their team, on a permanent basis, in the Gloucestershire area. The Graduate Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer role will ideally have the following attributes: : Apprenticeship / HNC/ HND / BTEC / City Guilds / Degree qualification or similar in Electrical and Electronics Engineering : Be proficient with using CAD for electrical PLC circuit design : ideally SolidWorks Electrical or AutoCAD : Knowledge of PLC systems : programming capabilities : Skills such as C++ and LabVIEW would also be beneficial : Have excellent hands on capabilities too with panel building and wiring : Previous manufacturing industry experience preferred but not essential : Be able to work well individually as well as part of a team : Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written : Full Driving Licence The Graduate Electrical Engineer / Electrical Engineer role will involve: : Working within the existing engineering technical team : Being involved in design and development work : Working on PLC's : Developing bespoke control boards : Producing technical documentation : Interfacing with customers when required : Some travel to customer sites will be involved too : Liaising with other colleagues If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible, along with your availability and your salary expectation.
