About the Role: The internal sales representative will play a crucial role in generating sales as well as revenue for the company by cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts in multiple revenue streams. This role will also identify and acquire new customers for the sales teams in multiple channels. The primary responsibility will be to drive sales through a proactive outreach and excellent customer service, and acting on gaps in the sales trends, to optimise our revenue potentials. This role will involve working closely with all departments of the WSA business to achieve targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
