PRS Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive commercial maintenance across a Prestigious site located in Holborn.The successful candidate will have an all:around understanding of most fabric duties and a proven track record in commercial Fabric building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on:site, he or she will be required to carry out fabric PPM and reactive maintenance across large blue chip commercial office static site. Package: : GBP 35,000 plus : Salary will increase dependent on Experience : 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays : Private Medical Insurance : Life Assurance : Pension Scheme : First class Training : Excellent People Culture : Career Progression opportunities : Overtime Duties: : To undertake Fabric duties which would include touching up paint work, tightening hinges, install/repair blinds, changing locks, making minor repairs to cabinets, desks, and putting together small equipment like chairs etc. : Painting and Decorating : Assist with office moves (minor office churn) including furniture movers : Assist other engineers onsite as required : Replacement of floor tiles (carpet ceramic) : Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles Requirements: : City and Guilds: Bricklaying, Plastering, Tiling, Painting and Decoration : Excellent customer service skills : A proven track record in commercial building maintenance : An understanding of most building fabric duties (Plumbing, Painting, Carpentry, Basic Electrical, etc) : Good communication skills
