We want to hear from you Location: London and the surrounding areas Salary: GBP60k:70k + Benefits Role Overview: As Project Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of commercial fit:out projects, managing all aspects from inception to completion. You will ensure that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for Cat A and Cat B fit:outs up to GBP1m in value. * Oversee project planning, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project specifications are met. * Manage site teams, ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations. * Monitor and control project budgets, mitigating any risks to the financials. * Provide regular project updates to clients, senior management, and stakeholders. * Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the project, finding solutions to keep things on track. * Ensure all quality control processes are in place and adhered to throughout the project. What Were Looking For: * Proven experience managing Cat A and Cat B fit:out projects, with a solid understanding of the commercial construction sector. * Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong problem:solving abilities with a proactive, solution:focused approach. * Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively. * A background in construction project management, ideally with a relevant qualification (e.g., Degree in Construction Management, RICS accreditation, or similar). * Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Procore, Asta, MS Project). * Full driving license (preferred but not essential).
