Job Title: Technical Services Manager Location: London, UK Salary: Competitive + Benefits Job Type: Full:time Permanent About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Services Manager to join a large Tier 1 Mian contractor in London. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of high:profile construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong M and E (Mechanical and Electrical) expertise and a proven track record of managing technical services on large:scale construction schemes. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and coordinate all M and E services from design through to handover. * Oversee the integration of building services into overall construction programmes. * Manage M and E consultants and subcontractors to ensure compliance with programme, quality, and cost. * Review technical submissions and ensure all designs meet the client brief and statutory regulations. * Liaise with the project team, architects, and engineers to resolve any design or technical issues. * Monitor and report on M and E progress, quality, and performance throughout the project lifecycle. * Ensure health and safety standards are maintained across all technical services works. Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years experience in a Technical Services Manager role within the construction sector. * Demonstrable experience managing projects of GBP15 million or more, ideally in commercial fit out projects. * In:depth knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems and how they integrate within complex construction environments. * Strong understanding of UK building regulations, CDM regulations, and current industry standards. * Excellent communication and coordination skills. * Degree or equivalent qualification in Building Services, Engineering, or Construction Management preferred.
