Job Opportunity: CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator Location: Stroud Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30 am - 04:00 pm, Friday early finish 07:30 am - 03:00 pm Salary:£30,000 - £35,000 DOE About the Role: Join our client's team in Stroud as a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, where you'll be a vital part of our Manufacturing Team. Your main task will be to decode customer drawings, pick the right tools, and craft on-machine programming for Aerospace Components.Responsibilities: As a CNC Programmer/Setter/Operator, your day-to-day will include: Operating CNC Machinery (CNC Lathe or Milling Machine) to craft top-notch Aerospace Quality Machined Components. Handpicking the necessary tooling to ace machining operations. Crafting and tweaking Machining programs to match project specifications. Ensuring strict compliance with internal processes. Keeping a keen eye on Safety Policies, making sure our workplace is secure for all.Qualifications&Experience: Essential: A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with FANUC-controlled CNC Machinery. Proven talent in deciphering technical specs and drawings to create CNC Programs.
