This role is ideal for individuals with an RTPI:accredited degree or those nearing completion. Applications from Human Geography graduates willing to undertake a part:time masters degree in Planning are also welcome. What Youll Be Doing: * Conducting research to support planning applications and site promotion, including policy analysis, socio:economic impacts, and settlement analysis. * Evaluating the planning prospects of potential development sites alongside the Land team. * Assisting in master planning and site design. * Engaging with landowners and agents to secure new sites. * Monitoring planning applications and changes in local and national policies. * Contributing to representations for Local or Neighbourhood Plan consultations. * Managing company data held on Local Authorities.
