What You Will Do: : Manage the shortage parts process, ensuring the smooth movement of parts between stores and build zones. : Oversee the missing, damaged, or incorrect parts process within build operations. : Coordinate rework activities, ensuring the correct processes are followed and parts are returned to support builds. : Liaise with stakeholders such as Stores, Supply Chain, and Build Operations to ensure part kits are complete and resolve any issues. : Investigate and resolve root causes of part pick issues using problem:solving methodologies. : Create and manage pick kit matrices for each build, ensuring they are up to date and accurate. What You Will Bring: : Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA and Power Query), Tableau, or Power BI. : Familiarity with parts tracking systems such as GPIRS or SAP, or similar tools. : Excellent communication and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. : A full UK driving licence. : A data:driven mindset with experience in producing reports and analysing data from multiple sources.
