But thats not all: Are you ready to take on the below responsibilities as a Quality Inspector within Automotive Manufacturing? * Leading Quality Inspections * Validate safety critical criteria including torques, routing, connections, specification, fitment : 100 overcheck. * Validate aesthetic criteria with clear standards. * Use of problem:solving techniques * Analyse and address issues in production using the 4M method : Man (People), Machine (Equipment), Material, and Method (Process) * Right first:time approach * Ensure operator awareness around standards, communicating standards to all teams. * Logging build faults and liaising with build team to drive efficient fault resolution and a no fault forward culture. * Maturation of Inline Quality processes. Hours: Day Shift: Monday : Thursday: 7.00am : 16.30pm and Friday 7.00am : 12.45pm with the opportunity for weekday and Saturday overtime.
