What you need to succeed at XPO: Previous experience in a similar position would be advantageous and previous shunting experience would also be desireable. You must have previous experience of Counterbalance Forklift Truck. You must have an in:date FLT Licence (R.T.I.T.B or equivalent) Excellent communication skills .
