My client, a large, innovative Multidisciplinary Consultancy is searching for a Graduate Civil Engineer with a focus on Flood Risk and Drainage to join their growing team of engineering and design experts, near the historical, industrial city of Doncaster. Essential Criteria: * A Degree in Civil Engineering * Working knowledge of flood risk and drainage strategies, including Flood Risk Assessments (FRAs), and Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) * Knowledge of the relevant Section Agreements (including S104, S106, etc.) * A good understanding of InfoWorks ICM, TUFLOW, Flood Modeller, InfoDrainage, and other software packages * The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team * A willingness to learn and consistently develop technical skills through hands:on experience It would also be beneficial for applicants for the role of Graduate Civil Engineer to possess the following skills: * Some professional experience, particularly in the flood risk and drainage sector * Working knowledge of a range of additional relevant software packages * A demonstrable commitment to improving your knowledge and skills in the field * Excellent time management and communication skills As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will be joining a team of expert design engineers, working on a number of varied, high:profile projects across the region.
