We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our existing sales team at our Dustable site.
About the role
The purpose of this role is very customer focused, you will need to deliver excellent customer service in order to maintain and expand our customer base and
also have the ability to handle customer calls and emails in a timely manner with the ability to prioritize.
Main responsibilities
In this role youll:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver good Customer service levels
- Respond to incoming requests and enquiries
- Preparing quotations and follow up calls

Proactive sales
- Support service for invoice/delivery queries, Returns/restock
- Chasing and confirming delivery enquires
- Stock and Purchasing
- Sales order processing (SOP)
- Maintaining sales records
- AX trouble shooting and CRM maintenance
- Maintain service lever
Experience and qualifications
To be successful in this role youll need:
:
GCSE (or equivalent) in Maths and English grades A:C
:
To be an enthusiastic person with a can do attitude able to work on own initiative.

Excellent communication skills.
:
To be methodical, organised with ability to prioritise.

To be computer literate (Particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM and SOP)

To possess a good attention to detail and to be accurate.

To be able to manage and respond to multiple issues at once whilst meeting deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ideally experience of working in a construction or manufacturing business.

A proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders.

To be able to read and understand technical drawings.
