Benefits: * GBP40,000:44,000 per annum * 25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays * Company Van and Fuel Card Provided (can be used for personal use) * Healthcare package Key Responsibilities: * To undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment. * This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps. * You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multi deck or ice machines. Qualifications and Experience: * The ideal candidate will have experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. * You must have relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS and ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C and G Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent. * Knowledge of Health and Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working. * You will be provided opportunities for training, development, progression, and internal promotions.
