Operations Administrator An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a forward-thinking wealth management firm based in Edinburgh, They are looking for an awesome person to join their team and be responsible for a range of administration duties that would include finance, operations, marketing and compliance. Responsibilities include: Supporting the Practice manager with the day to day running of the office Provide general administration support as required (Scanning, photocopying etc) Assist with any requests from Clients and Financial Planners Produce and record client and firm correspondence relating to clients Update and maintain all client database systems with current client KYC and policy information Liaise with clients via the telephone, email and face to face This is the role for you if: You LOVE admin, doing things right first time, delighting clients, taking responsibility for delivering outstanding results? You’re organised. You have a hawk-like eye for detail and passion for process. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. We REALLY mean this. You have basic working of Excel and other Microsoft applications You want the opportunity to grow in a small firm and make a big impact
