Secretarial support will be available to assist with day:to:day tasks and ensure effective management of the caseload. The role also includes responsibility for supervising a trainee solicitor. In addition, the successful candidate will represent clients at Employment Tribunal hearings, provide strategic HR and employment law advice, and lead negotiations.
