We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of Local Director, SME Business Banking. This role will cover Devon and Cornwall with a base location of Exeter. The Local Director will act as ambassador of the Bank to the external market, cultivating collaborative relationships with wider external stakeholders across the business community. They will be responsible for managing, leading and developing a SME BB coverage team for the local SME business market. The role will have full credit and operational risk oversight and supports the formulation and implementation of strategy.
