Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager Salary: To be discussed Location: Gloucester Sector: Offsite Construction Are you an experienced commercial professional within the construction industry? Would you like to join a global, innovative offsite manufacturer? Due to growth, this business are looking for an experience senior commercial manager to manage commercial operations across the business. You will be responsible for minimising costs as well as mitigating any risks across NEC contracts. Your background as a manager will be crucial as you will be expected to lead a team of quantity surveyors and procurement professionals to ensure smooth and profitable delivery on large projects. Other duties as a Senior Commercial Manager will include: * Reviewing tenders and ensuring contract compliance * Identify any risks on all live projects and mitigate * Draft all contracts, specifically NEC4 forms * Take commercial lead on all major projects * Develop and maintain a successful supply chain * Travel to sites to assess project progress We would welcome conversations with candidates who: * Have a solid understanding of NEC forms of contract * Possess the ability to work effectively both on your own and in a wider team * Will be willing to travel to sites when required * Can communicate across all levels both internally and externally to the business * Are able to produce detailed cost reporting sheets This employer is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
