In the role of Specialist Housing Officer, you'll have responsibility for ensuring residents receive the support and advice they need. It's a busy, varied role, with no 2 days the same, so if you enjoy variety and the opportunity to work across a broad range of areas, including, welfare, anti:social behaviour, vulnerability, void property management and fire safety.
You'll be a problem solver as well as an excellent communicator who enjoys working independently but also as part of a team dedicated to providing a customer focused service.
You'll be based at various sheltered housing locations across the borough so you need to be flexible and organised in your approach.
